 To the criminal actions taken on me to these agencies.

1: send to Washington dc FBI for a review of color of law violations. And on FBI field agent Randy tice of the Southside political corruptions department for violations of federal law

 For refusing to take this matter unless I have an attorney.

2: To the Pennsylvania governors office for criminal violations of law on amy boughter and mr ayers child support phone 412-565-7704 the judge david wecht and others.

    And to order an audit from the DPW to prove I owe them still 20 years child support for a child emaciated when she was 16!

3: to transunion credit reporting agencies to obtain the total history of reporting showing 2 active cases on me at the same time from two different people.

Amy boughter had been many times been requested by the governors office to review my child support case, as seen in the e-mails and evidence provided to your office.

amy boughter had not done any such thing to reconcile this unlawful prosecution for non payment of support.

Amy boughter never done an audit that I requested because I only owe 804 dollars to the grandmother that I had spent 6 month in jail for.

Amy boughter fought me to give me my driver’s license back which took me 6 months to get.

Also to prove there wrongdoing how can I fight to the governor’s office to drop this issue and they do! They was wrong from the beginning and I done 6 months in jail to there unlawful attempts to collect 31,000.00

Dollars that I do not owe.

And audit will prove I only owe 804.00 dollars as well will show there was 2 people suing me for child support at the same time

 This being

Mother’s case number 647003090 and the grandmother’s case number 754100578 proven by Trans union credit report showing they added monthly support to both cases every month adding to the 31,000.00 dollars

Now only one person can have a child at a time and only one case number at a time. This is a clear mistake but as you see they kept the amount and changed the case numbers to try and justify the amount owed

Now with this you will see I owe over 20 years support after paying support for the child as well the child was emancipated when she was 16 so where still is the other 4 years support coming from?

I don’t owe it and I never did and it wound me up in jail 6 months to a work release program!

I am disabled and showed the judge paperwork that I had gone to Pittsburgh pa to have surgery from my doctor there name dr pitzman monaford hospital in ockland

The judge did not care I needed to have this possible life threatening surgery and put me in jail to a work release program to pay 500 a month out of my SSI check wile in jail and to show for the next 4 years to all court hearings where he was going to place me in the maximum 6 months a year to collect 3,000.00 dollars every year from my SSI check. Now I refused to go to the program due to I am disabled!

And I sat in the county jail with no charges unlawfully for 6 months, a letter was given to them from SSI Feb. 7^th terminating my support order on the 11^th the judge had asked me to sign a contract to pay 150.00 dollars a month and he would let me out of jail that day! This is now extortion by means of jail to collect a debt not owed to them or the department of welfare!

The court transcripts they refuse to give me will prove this the first hearing when I proved I owed no debt the judge asked the district attorney what I owed and he said 5 or 6 thousand then I sat in jail 6 months

The next time I gone to court they kept the now grandmothers total to 10,000.00 and this is why I had to go to the jail for 3 thousand dollars for 4 years to pay it.

But I don’t even owe this, now I had a contempt of court hearing on 9-20-2007 now this is for me being removed from SSI because I cannot collect wile in jail so I was shut off the contempt of court was for turning in the judge and others but the reason was for not paying support wile I was shut off SSI wile I was in jail illegally! Also very criminal.

Fact they knew I did not owe this debt when I filed a complaint on the to transunion credit reporting agencies and they could not prove I owe the debt and removed it from my report only to have the child support enforcement office to change the case numbers and add the same amount back on my report which is illegal do to when an item is removed it can not be put back on!

All this proof they knew what they was doing from the beginning as you see the papers I gave you they cant keep and accurate amount on paper what I owe and now with the court transcripts you will see that they had no idea what I owed if anything. Further amy boughter had stated if I ever get the means to pay again that they will still charge me the almost 32,000.00 dollars that I do not owe!

This is a must it needs to be criminally investigated under the FBI website in the united states they take nothing more serious then a color of law violation.

I would like a response from Washington FBI from the PA. governors office from amy boughter from mr ayers Pittsburgh office number 412-565-7704 who stated to me I was in jail under a federal offence and not to order an audit because I was wrong they are right it is my fault who stated I was picked up on a warrant which Is a lie they told me to bring them my SSI paperwork I did and gone to jail 6 months for it, I was never picked up anywhere I walked in the office.

And I would like a subpoena to trans union for a complete total reporting history on both child support cases to support my claims and to prosecute the guilty of unlawful imprisonment and the destruction of my credit report civil rights violation constitutional right.
