Dear Father's Rights Network,
I'm writing on behalf of Michael Farris and ParentalRights.org to
invite the Father's Rights Network to join us in the effort to make
parental rights an explicit fundamental right in the U.S.
Constitution. At ParentalRights.org, we are working to secure a
constitutional Amendment that defends the rights of parents to direct
the upbringing
and education of their children. Once in place, this Amendment
would solve many issues, including the concerns addressed by the
Father's
Rights Network.
You can download the following .pdf file to read the exact language
of the proposed Amendment, and to learn about the imminent challenges
we face both on the domestic and international front:

Amending the Constitution is a difficult undertaking, and we cannot
do it alone. We have are in discussion with Senators Jim DeMint and
Lindsay Graham, and Rep. Pete Hoekstra just this past week,
promised to champion the Amendment in the U.S. House and the U.S.
Senate as soon as possible. We would also like to build a coalition of
like-minded organizations
add credibility to Hoekstra's push for passage of the bill in Congress. We believe our
organizations—Father's Rights Network and
ParentalRights.org—share a common concern for parental rights, and we urgently invite you to partner with us in this effort.
We are not looking for financial support, or a contribution of
resources, we simply would like to name your organization as a
supporter of the Amendment and perhaps exchange web links, articles,
and discussion with you about this important effort.
This website will explain how your friends, family, or yourself can
become a 10-and-2 Representative:
http://www.parentalrights.org/join-the-fight. There are also two
files you can download from this site that will explain the goal of
this
grassroots effort in more detail.
I can definitely call you on Monday to answer any questions you may have. What time is good for you?
Sincerely,
Rebekah Pizana
