I am in need of some help...my son was born last week and I never wanted to get the courts involved I dont believe the courts should have any say on how parents raise their children. I have given his mother the benifit of the doubt but I am not sure I made the right choice. Should I go to the courts to make sure that Ill be able to see my son? And what are the first steps I should take? I live in luzerne county Pa if anyone can help I would really appriciate it. Thank you
