My wife passed away 2 years ago and a judge gave custody of my children to her parents. I have had alot of visitation with my children. However i live with my parents in a 55+ community due to my dad being disabled i had moved in with mom to help her. the judge said once i get a place to modify the original motion, and he will give me my kids. im just afraid my mother in law will win because she can afford a pricey attorney and i have been representing myself. I would appreciate and comments or suggestions. I am in Florida, i am Employed full time in the healthcare field, and i LOVE MY KIDS!
